The fall season has always held a special place in my heart. There’s something about sipping on pumpkin latte, the cooler air, the warm colors, and the sense of renewal that brings a deep joy to my soul. My love for the fall season began in childhood and stretches back through generations.
My grandmother and mother filled our home with festive decorations every holiday season, creating an atmosphere that felt magical and full of life. Those traditions shaped me. They taught me that a home can tell a story, and that creativity is a gift meant to be shared.
Today, I carry that legacy forward. Decorating—especially during the fall with pumpkins, has become my favorite way to express my creativity, connect with my roots, and bring beauty into everyday spaces.
This business is an extension of that passion. I’m excited to share inspiration, ideas, and the joy that fall has always brought me.
Enchanted Fall Porch — Q&A
When do deliveries begin?
Pre‑orders open in August/early September, and deliveries begin the first week of October. Toward the end of September, our team will contact you with your exact delivery date.
Do I need to pre‑order?
Yes! Pre‑ordering is the only way to guarantee your Pumpkin Package before we sell out. We recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Which package should I order?
Choose your Package based on:

Your personal preference
If you’re deciding between two options, we suggest choosing the larger one — it’s always better to have more pumpkins than not enough. If you’d like our professional opinion, send us a photo of your entryway and we’ll happily help you choose.
How Long Will My Pumpkins Keep Their Magic?
Pumpkins are hardy, but Florida’s warm fall weather can shorten their lifespan. You may lose about 10% of your pumpkins between delivery and late November.
To help them last:

Avoid moisture: If dew or rain lingers, wipe your pumpkins with a dry cloth.

Mold or rot: Light mold can be wiped away with an antibacterial wipe. If a pumpkin begins to rot, compost or dispose of it — it happens!
If any pumpkins “go bad” within 48 hours of delivery, contact us and we will replace them.
Do I need to be home for my PumpkinScape delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Setup takes about 30–45 minutes, and our team will handle everything.
Do You Create Pumpkin Magic for Events and Businesses?
Absolutely! We love bringing our signature seasonal magic to front porches, special events, business entrances, and retail displays. If you have a unique idea or custom request, we’d be thrilled to hear from you. Simply reach out and we’ll help bring your vision to life.
I forgot to add Pumpkin Pick‑Up. Is it too late?
Not at all — you can add pick‑up at any time.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancel 72 hours before delivery for a full refund

Cancel 48 hours before delivery for a 50% refund

Cancel within 24 hours for no refund
Rescheduling is no problem as long as you contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled delivery. To reschedule, reach out at m@enchantedfallporch.com.
Do you offer refunds?

At Enchanted Fall Porch, every display is crafted with fresh, seasonal magic. Because our décor is perishable, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your pumpkins have been delivered. If an item becomes unavailable, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure your porch still receives the full enchanted experience.

Decorations are made from natural items (pumpkins, gourds, hay bales) that vary in size, shape, and lifespan.

Weather, pests, and handling can cause deterioration. Enchanted Fall Porch cannot guarantee longevity.

Enchanted Fall Porch is not responsible for bodily damage or damage to décor caused by wind, rain, heat, freezing temperatures, or other weather conditions.

Clients are responsible for bringing displays indoors during severe weather (e.g., hurricanes)

Enchanted Fall Porch reserves the right to refuse installation if conditions are unsafe (e.g., storms or obstructed areas).
Liability & Safety

Clients must ensure installation areas are safe and comply with HOA/venue rules.

Decor items (especially large pumpkins) are heavy and should not be moved without assistance.

Enchanted Fall Porch is not responsible for injury, accident, or damage caused if customer or third parties move or handle décor after installation.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanted Fall Porch, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from use, placement, or condition of the décor.
